Use of the App

Smack Talk is an arcade-style mobile game. You are responsible for using the app safely, following instructions, and complying with all applicable laws and platform rules.

Safety Rules

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep account credentials secure. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, abuse other players, exploit the game, or create safety risks.

Community Conduct

Competitive banter is part of the Smack Talk theme, but harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, illegal content, doxxing, impersonation, and abuse are not allowed. See our Community Rules for more detail.

Virtual Items and Purchases

Smack Talk may offer virtual currency, abilities, cosmetic items, and other digital content. Virtual items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be changed, balanced, limited, or removed where necessary. Purchases through iOS are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.

Fair Play

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, interfere with matchmaking, attack servers, reverse engineer protected systems, or use unauthorized tools to gain an advantage.

Disclaimers

Smack Talk is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect motion detection, perfect matchmaking, or error-free gameplay.
